License and access

The public license is bound to the exact licensed domain entered during checkout. Licensed access, download access, and portal validation depend on an active license and correct domain validation.

Support, billing, and refunds

Support is available by email at pierre.stephan1@electri-c-ity-studios.com. Invoices are issued for completed orders. Refunds and withdrawal rights are handled in accordance with applicable consumer law and the refund policy published on this website.
